You must not have completed more than 10% of the course content (our platform records your progress automatically).
Refunds will not be granted if significant sections of the course have been accessed or completed.
If both of these conditions are met, you may request a full refund of the purchase price.

We will confirm your eligibility based on your account activity and notify you of the outcome.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 14 working days back to your original payment method.
No Refunds Beyond 7 Days
After the 7-day period, or if more than 10% of the course has been completed, no refunds will be granted. This is to protect the integrity of the course and ensure fairness for all participants.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law, including your right to a refund if the digital product is faulty or not as described.
